RSL SERVICES AND CITIZENS CLUB NAMBOUR INC.

 (no late attendance will be permitted)

Nomination forms are now available at reception for the positions of President, Secretary, Treasurer and Directors x 3.

Applicants, nominees and seconders must be financial Members of the club for a minimum of 12 months.  Applications must be lodged at reception by 5pm on Friday August 11, 2017.

All questions and clarifications sought by the eligible voting membership relating to the Financial Report and General Business of the club must be in writing.  These questions must be sufficiently detailed to reasonably communicate the precise nature of the matter and delivered to the club for the attention of the Secretary no later that 5.00pm on the last business day 14 days prior to the Meeting. That date being Friday the 25th of August 2017.
