Mosaic has a vibrant new menu with delicious and contemporary choices and a fierce focus on fresh ingredients. The grill will deliver premium beef cuts, choose from ‘Kilcoy’ grass fed rib fillet or ‘Goldfields Victoria’ lamb rump and more.
