Mosaic has a vibrant new menu with delicious and contemporary choices and a fierce focus on fresh ingredients. The grill will deliver premium beef cuts, choose from ‘Kilcoy’ grass fed rib fillet or ‘Goldfields Victoria’ lamb rump and more. We guarantee you will be enticed by the succulent mains and we challenge you to look past the array of tempting entrée’s including locally sourced seafood and some classic favourites with a modern twist.
