Eggs Benedict

Created in New York over a century ago – perfected by our Head Chef, Peter Brown.  A mouth watering feast with all the traditional ingredients and a touch of local flair.  Poached eggs on grilled Turkish bread topped with shredded ham, baby spinach and hollandaise sauce with grilled roma tomato and bacon, this is a truly delicious meal to be enjoyed for the breakfast or a leisurely brunch.

Breakfast is available from 10am until midday -  7 days a week.
